AM Specialty Insurance Group, a provider of specialty insurance solutions, has announced the appointment of Jamie Micheli as head of people and talent at AM Specialty Insurance Company.
Micheli has over 12 years of human resources experience and has a strong background in strategic human resources management.
Throughout her career, she has led initiatives in talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations and culture transformation to help organizations build high-performing, people-centered environments.
Micheli joins AM Specialty after eight years at Bohler, most recently as Senior HR Business Partner.
Prior to that, she served as a senior physician recruiter for Merritt Hawkins, an AMN Healthcare company, and also held roles at Worldwide Express.
