Global insurance company QBE has announced the appointment of Melody Lyndon-Stanford as head of client engagement, effective June 2026.
In this newly created role, Lyndon-Stanford will be based in London and report to Matt Lacy, Director of Client Proposals for QBE Europe.
She will develop QBE’s customer engagement strategy across industries, geographies and customer segments, working closely with underwriters, claims and distribution teams in line with the company’s integrated customer approach.
Lyndon-Stanford has over 15 years of insurance experience. She joins QBE after more than 11 years at Aviva, where she has held customer-focused roles since 2021, most recently as Customer Proposal and Innovation Manager.
Prior to joining Aviva, she worked at RSA as an underwriter in the commercial crime, fidelity and D&O insurance areas.
Lacy commented: “We are delighted to welcome Melody to QBE and I am confident she will make a strong and lasting contribution. Her deep technical expertise, insurance knowledge and strong client network will be assets as we continue to improve our client service.”
