Willis strengthens FINEX business in the Pacific with Eden Fletcher & Stephen Trickey

Willis, a WTW business, has strengthened its financial, professional and execution risk (FINEX) business in the Pacific region, appointing Eden Fletcher as head of Pacific FINEX and Stephen Trickey as head of growth, Pacific.

Fletcher succeeded Jill Stewart when she retired after eight years at Willis.

Fletcher has over 20 years’ experience in finance and professional roles. He joins Willis from Aon for twenty years, most recently as Head of Professional Solutions Australia.

Earlier in his career, he spent five years as a senior account manager at Marsh.

In his new role, Trickey will be responsible for growth strategy across the Pacific business, with a focus on FINEX, further strengthening segmentation and specialty capabilities.

He joins the company from Aon, where he held various senior leadership roles over the past 35 years. Most recently he was Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for all growth strategies across Aon Australia, including Delivering Aon United.

Trickey returned to Willis and began his insurance career in 1986 at the former Willis Faber & Dumas Ltd. headquarters at Ten Trinity Square, London EC3.

Willis’ FINEX team is further strengthened with the addition of Michael Parrant, Director of Networks; Tanya Ferguson, Director of FINEX; Laura Geynor, Deputy Director of FINEX; Sarah Thorne, Deputy Director of FINEX, has joined the firm in the Pacific region in the past three months.
