Specialist reinsurance broker Willis Re has announced the appointment of Charlie Hall, a seasoned reinsurance executive with over a decade of experience in the non-marine property market.
Hall joins the company after a successful tenure at Guy Carpenter, bringing with her a reputation for technical excellence and global relationship building.
The executive began her career at Aon in 2014 and joined Guy Carpenter in 2017, rising from assistant vice president to managing director during an eight-year tenure.
In 2022, she relocated from London to Bermuda, a move that allowed her to build strong client and reinsurer relationships in global markets.
Additionally, Hall has experience in the design and layout of complex real estate projects for large clients around the world. She is recognized as a thought leader in the industry, having made significant contributions to the market’s understanding of conveyancing trends and immediate and temporary business disasters.
Hall is widely praised for his excellence in client account management and is known for delivering responsive, high-quality service based on deep technical insights.
