International reinsurance and reinsurance brokerage United Insurance Brokers Limited (UIB) has announced the appointment of David Waller as Managing Director of its Marine Division.
UIB emphasized that as a key member of UIB’s Marine Corps team, Waller played a key role in the department’s success and expansion.
The executive will leverage his extensive industry experience and history of delivering exceptional results for clients to lead the division into its next chapter.
Waller will also continue as co-head of North America, focusing on developing innovative solutions to provide market-leading coverage to businesses in the region.
Under his leadership, the Marine Corps team will continue to build on its existing capabilities, prioritizing innovation, excellence in customer service and expanding its international reach.
UIB notes that the transition represents a smooth and well-planned handover, ensuring continuity for customers and partners.
Andre Little, who has led the Marine Division for nearly three decades, will assume the newly created role of Senior Advisor and President of the Marine Division.
In his new role, Little will continue to work closely with the department’s senior leadership. He will play an important role during the transition and will continue to be a key, reliable contact for long-term partners.
