Commercial property and casualty insurance and reinsurer WR Berkley Corporation has named Ryan Miller president of Berkley Southeast, effective immediately.
Berkeley Southeast offers comprehensive business insurance solutions for specific industries.
Miller has more than 25 years of experience in commercial insurance operations, underwriting and field management in roles of increasing responsibility.
Most recently, he served as senior vice president and chief field operations manager for a large regional operator, where he was responsible for growth, profitability and operational excellence.
Throughout his career, Miller has been dedicated to providing clients throughout the southeastern United States with solutions for their commercial insurance needs.
The reinsurer explained that he brings a unique skill set consisting of local knowledge and relationships, consistent with its growth strategy in Southeast Berkeley.
