Tysers is an independent Lloyd’s insurance broker and part of Australia’s AUB Group. Announcing the appointment of Richard Jenkins as joint deputy general manager, Marine and Aviation.
In his new role, Jenkins will work alongside his colleagues Craig Cox and Tom Walker (joint deputy general manager, maritime and aviation).
Tasers noted that his appointment is in recognition of his strong leadership within Tasers and the broader Marine Corps community.
“Jenkins will play a key role in the development and growth of our marine and aviation teams, leveraging his extensive experience in facilitation and digitalization,” a Tasers spokesperson commented.
The executive is highly respected for leading the success of Tysers Yachting Division, establishing it as the London market’s leading yacht brokerage specialist.
Jenkins became part of Tysers in 2020 when the broker acquired RFIB Group Limited, specialists in wholesale, ocean freight, specialty product lines and captive management
He worked for RFIB Group Limited for 25 years and following the acquisition became Director of Tysers Wholesale Marine & Aviation.
