TMK adds Francesca Kevill as Underwriter to its Cyber & Enterprise Risk team

Specialty insurer Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) has appointed Francesca Kevill as underwriter in its cyber and enterprise risk teams, effective immediately.

In her new role, Kevill will report to Ellie Webb, head of commissioned networks and intellectual property. Her appointment builds on a period of significant investment in TMK’s cyber capabilities.

The company recently launched its flagship TMK Cyber CTRL product and its market-leading Enterprise CTRL product, solidifying its position as a leader in providing comprehensive protection against cyber, technology and operational risks.

The appointment follows a series of appointments, including Cesar Silvestre as head of cyber reinsurance solutions and Ben Sitki as cyber reinsurance solutions underwriter.

Kewell has cyber underwriting experience in the London and Asia Pacific markets. Most recently, she worked as a Network Underwriter at Tokio Marine Australia, where she was responsible for building and managing the commissioned network books, responsible for pricing, underwriting guidelines, processes and the implementation of new API functionality.

Previously, she also helped create the network governance framework and supported the underwriting of large account risks.

Prior to that, Kevill held a network underwriting role at TMK in London, where he helped develop mandated and public market portfolios.

Webb said of the appointment: “We are delighted to welcome Francesca back to TMK. Her hands-on experience in two major online markets, coupled with her deep understanding of our business, products and risk appetite, make her a valuable addition to the team.

“This appointment reflects the continued momentum behind our network offerings as we expand our capabilities to meet the evolving needs of clients and brokers in an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving global network environment.”
