Privately managed general underwriter (MGU) Fidelis Partnership (TFP) announces the appointment of Mark Khan as Head of Broker Relations, effective February 2, 2026.
In his new role, Khan will drive deal-by-deal execution of the company’s broker strategy, focusing on generating and growing new business by supporting underwriters in managing broker relationships.
He will work with TFP and MGA on the Pine Walk platform to maintain and develop relationships across all TFP insurance and reinsurance classes, while supporting its cross-sell strategy by ensuring brokers have a comprehensive understanding of TFP’s capabilities and market presence.
Based in London, Khan will report to Michael Davern, UK CUO and head of D&F Real Estate and Energy Group at The Fidelis Partnership.
He has over 35 years of international industry experience. Prior to joining TFP, he served as head of broker relations at Ki, directing all broker-facing business for Lloyd’s Syndicate 1618.
Prior to that, Khan spent 17 years at Marsh, most recently as senior vice president, leading new business development for North American properties. Earlier in his career, he spent 16 years at Aon in brokerage and leadership roles.
