Specialty Program Group LLC (SPG), a specialty insurance platform, has launched SPG Life & Annuity, unifying its life insurance and annuity distribution businesses under one national platform.
AgencyONE, Broker Services Marketing Group (BSMG) and Business Underwriters Associates (BUA) will now operate under the SPG Life & Annuity umbrella.
The platform combines long-standing industry relationships, carrier partnerships and technology expertise, enhanced by shared resources, coordinated leadership and national scale.
The integration reflects SPG’s continued transformation from a network of specialty brands to a fully integrated specialty platform, simplifying its market presence and expanding its reach of niche life and annuity solutions.

In September 2025, SPG consolidated its wholesale operations into one division: SPG Wholesale.
