SageSure, a managed general underwriter (MGU) specializing in U.S. catastrophe properties, has completed its acquisition of Gemini Financial Holdings Corporation and its Olympus subsidiary.
In September 2025, SageSure entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Gemini Financial and its subsidiaries, including Olympus MGA, the managing general agent of Olympus Insurance Company.
Olympus Insurance Company specializes in residential property insurance, providing coverage for residential and investment properties including homes, condos, rental properties and personal property.
As part of the transaction, SageSure carrier partner Auros and Valence Insurance Holdings, parent company of Interboro Insurance, acquired Olympus Insurance Company.
Following the acquisition, SageSure currently manages a total of approximately 130,000 active policies, approximately $700 million in gross written premiums, and a network of approximately 1,500 independent agents in Florida.

SageSure’s existing debt financing with its capital partner Ares Management was expanded to support the acquisition.
