Verisk, a global provider of data analytics and technology to the insurance industry, has announced the appointment of Raja Sengupta as President of its Life Solutions business, effective immediately.
Sengupta will lead Verisk’s life solutions team to deliver data analytics, software and artificial intelligence-driven solutions that help life and annuity insurers modernize underwriting, accelerate decision-making and enhance the customer experience.

Sengupta, an accomplished leader with more than two decades of experience scaling global software businesses in regulated industries, joins Verisk from Wolters Kluwer’s Enterprise Legal Software.
In his most recent role as executive vice president and general manager, the executive successfully integrated agent artificial intelligence into enterprise software platforms to accelerate development and time to market and introduce intelligent agents into customer workflows. Prior to that, he served as General Manager of Global Commercial Financing for American Express.
