Covea Insurance UK has appointed Philippe Domart as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), subject to regulatory approval, effective April 1, 2026.
Domat takes over the new role from Jorge de Macedo. Additionally, he will be moving to the UK to be closer to his team and partners.
The appointment is in line with the group’s long-term commitment to the UK market and is an important milestone for the future growth of the business.
Domart brings more than two decades of experience in the global insurance and reinsurance markets. He brings extensive underwriting expertise and international experience, having held senior roles at Partner Re and most recently in the commercial business unit of MMA France.
