Lloyd’s specialist broker New Dawn Risk has appointed Roma Kanabar as its new treasurer with immediate effect, based in London.
In his new role, Kanabar will join New Dawn Risk’s senior management team and play a key role in providing financial leadership to New Dawn Risk. She has 13 years of experience in various financial accounting positions.
Most recently, she worked for Paragon International Insurance Brokers for over four years, where she was promoted from Finance Director to Treasurer.
Prior to this, Kanabar held various financial accounting and auditing positions at various companies, gaining broad experience in finance and audit functions across various industries.
Constance Dyson, chief operating officer at New Dawn Risk Group, commented on the appointment: “Roma brings a wealth of experience to her role as finance executive.
