Specialist re/insurance broker Miller has hired Elisabeth Chalon Lambertin and Toni Beltzer to further expand its guarantee services in Europe.
Lambertin and Beltzer both come from Transitions, a surety broker specializing in suretyship, construction and real estate, which they co-founded in 2023.
Prior to founding Transitions, Lambertin served for more than a decade as chief legal officer at various insurance groups, including Groupama and Natixis, and later as head of guarantees at Aon France.
Beltzer has also worked at Groupam and BPCE and has extensive experience in guarantees and financial products in the construction and real estate development industries.
At Miller, Lambertin will be responsible for the company’s warranty services in Europe, particularly in France, and will be supported by Beltzer as production broker and Elodie Dancette as account executive.
Both will be based in Paris and report to Arnaud Froideval, Miller’s head of European credit and guarantees and political risk.
