Incline P&C Group, an Austin, Texas-based property and casualty insurance planning platform with more than $2 billion in total written premiums, announced the appointment of Michelle Hubicki, AFIS, as director of reinsurance.
In her role at Incline P&C Group, she will be responsible for leading the execution of core treaty renewals and project placements across multiple business lines.
Her responsibilities also include applying underwriting judgment to assess project risk and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, while working closely with the actuarial, finance and underwriting teams to support decision-making across the business.
She will also represent Incline P&C Group in the reinsurance market, maintaining relationships with reinsurers and brokers to support the company’s ceded reinsurance strategy and broader capital management approach.
The company welcomes her appointment as part of its continued commitment to strengthening its reinsurance function and supporting the continued growth of its project portfolio.
