Vienna-based managing general agent (MGA) POLARIS Reinsurance Solutions announces the appointment of Pascal Jaut as Head of Construction and Engineering.
Headquartered in Vienna, Polaris Re is a subsidiary of Polaris Corporate Solutions GmbH and focuses on developing high-potential markets in Western and Eastern Europe and the CIS region.
“With his extensive experience and proven track record in the field, Pascal will lead the development of the construction and engineering products we offer to the market, thereby strengthening our technical expertise and increasing the value we bring to our partners,” a Polaris Re spokesperson said.
Jaut joins MGA from GrECo Group, where he served as Group Operations Director for Construction and Real Estate.
Before that, he worked for the construction company STRABAG for 6 years. He joined the company in 2017 as an in-house broker for insurance and was later appointed head of the insurance team in Austria.
