Marsh Risk, the insurance brokerage and risk advisory arm of Marsh, has appointed Angela Baker as head of Marsh Portfolio Solutions UK, effective immediately.
In his new role, Baker will be based in London and report to Tom Davies, Marsh Risk’s head of UK placements. She will work closely with Marsh Risk UK’s leadership and professional teams to develop and implement portfolio solutions that deliver the best value to clients.
One of Baker’s top priorities is continuing to advance Fast Track, a global quota-sharing facility exclusive to Marsh clients.
Most recently, Baker was UK Head of Analytics Solutions and Operational Risk Consulting, leading national multidisciplinary teams.
She has more than thirty years of industry experience in risk consulting and insurance, including nearly 25 years at Marsh. The broker explained that during her tenure, she has contributed across multiple business practices, managing multi-line insurance projects from strategy to execution.
