Insurance and reinsurance brokerage group Marsh has announced the appointment of Peter Harrison to its board of directors, which currently consists of 13 directors.
Harrison has more than thirty years of experience in investment management and executive leadership.
He has been with Schroders for more than a decade, from which he retired in 2024, serving as CEO since 2016 and previously as global head of investments.
Earlier in his career, Harrison served as chairman and CEO of RWC Partners (now RedWheel) from 2006 to 2013 and as global chief investment officer for Deutsche Bank’s asset management business.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Morgan Sindall plc and a member of the Board of Directors of Lazard, Inc. He is involved in the UK Capital Markets Industry Working Group and serves as Community Business Chair. Harrison also sits on the UK Economic Honors Council and serves as an advisor to FCLT Global.
