Oakland Games sells six-person suite season tickets for a single bitcoin
On Sunday, March 14, Oakland A chairman Dave Kaval (Dave Kaval) revealed that the ball club is now accepting Bitcoin (BTC) for tickets for the 2021 season. Before the news was released, several basketball clubs in the NBA that accepted Bitcoin, including the Dallas Mavericks and the Sacramento Kings.

On Sunday night, Kaval announced that it would accept Bitcoin for the 2021 season pass. At that time, the transaction price of Bitcoin (BTC) exceeded $60,000. Since then, the price of BTC has been declining, and its current price at the time of issuance is approximately $57,000.
According to the announcement, Oakland Club A will sell 2021 full-season six-person suites in exchange for one bitcoin until April 1, 2021. The suite provides a way to enjoy a baseball game for groups of four or more. A private suite that can accommodate up to 6 people is US$594 per game, and the admission fee for the regular season is US$64,800 per season.
President A, Dave Kaval: “The price of seasonal suites may fluctuate, which can increase excitement.”
However, one bitcoin can choose to buy a six-person suite for an entire season, rather than choosing to pay in U.S. dollars. The statement read: “To order an all-season suite and coordinate secure cryptocurrency payments, please contact us at email@example.com.”

According to A’s website, the suite can not only accommodate up to 6 guests, but also provides free snacks and private toilets for each suite. Currently, according to California State Health Regulations, A’s baseball field can only be opened with 20% of its capacity, with approximately 11,000 participants. Bitcoin’s quotation ends on April 1. According to the current BTC price, the price of Bitcoin is about 13% cheaper.
