Liberty Mutual Insurance Chairman, President and CEO Tim Sweeney announced that ServiceNow’s Jacqui Canney has been elected to the company’s Board of Directors.
Canney joined ServiceNow in August 2021 and has served as chief talent and artificial intelligence enablement officer since January 2025. In this role, she leads the company’s global talent strategy and workforce planning initiatives, focusing on a human-centered transformation approach that helps employees, customers and partners build confidence and capability in artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining ServiceNow, Canney served as chief people officer at WPP and executive vice president and chief people officer at Walmart.
She also spent more than two decades at Accenture, holding senior global human resources leadership roles in digital, technology, operations, communications and M&A.
Canney has extensive board and nonprofit leadership experience, including serving on the boards of Suffolk Construction, Project Healthy Minds, Wonder and Curriculum Associates.
