Ledgebrook, a provider of technology focused on excess and surplus lines insurance, announced the appointment of Renata Kubczak as reinsurance operations specialist.
Kubczak has three years of reinsurance operations experience and more than 13 years of insurance accounting experience.
Prior to joining Ledgebrook, she worked at RenaissanceRe Services (UK) Ltd as a Cash Operations Assistant.
Prior to that, Kubczak spent nearly ten years at Kentro Capital Limited, formerly Nexus Underwriting Management Limited and the parent company of Nexus Underwriting and Xenia Broking. She was part of the company’s founding team and helped build the insurance accounting function from the ground up.
She began her career at A-Plan Insurance (now part of Howden) as a credit controller.
