Incline strengthens executive leadership team

Insurance plan marketplace services company Incline has announced the promotion of Andrew McLennan to chief risk officer and the appointment of Rob Strickland as chief information officer.

“These leadership decisions reflect our commitment to building a disciplined, forward-thinking organization,” said Incline CEO Chris McClellan. “The experience that Andrew, Cole and Rob each bring enhances our ability to scale responsibly while investing in capabilities that support long-term growth.”

McLennan joined Incline in May 2025 as vice president, focusing on integrating data, analytics and scalable systems into risk and capital decision-making, working closely with Incline’s technology leadership.

He has held leadership positions at Montpelier Re, Endurance Specialty and Sompo International, contributing experience in enterprise risk management, capital modelling, reinsurance and actuarial science.

Cole Christensen, senior vice president of risk and strategy, also supports the company’s executive leadership.

Christensen joined Incline in May 2025 from Deloitte Consulting and is an expert in strategy, operating model design and leading large-scale transformation initiatives in the insurance and financial services sector.

Strickland brings more than three decades of experience leading large, complex organizations to the new role and has served in senior leadership roles, including chief information officer, chief technology officer, chief operating officer and interim executive.

His career includes early leadership of technology teams at Stratus, Honeywell Information Systems, and Apple. He later held leadership positions at companies including Neustar, T-Mobile, Dish Network, and Harvard Business School. Additionally, he is the CEO and founder of Move 37 Ventures, a consulting firm specializing in digital transformation and technology strategy.
