The former CEO of Gyft and the co-founder of the Civic project, Vinny Lingham is sometimes referred to as an “oracle” and can correctly predict the future price of Bitcoin. Until 2016, Lingham had made correct Bitcoin price predictions on various occasions for many years. Although the price of Bitcoin has fallen by more than 40% in the past three months and has been declining in recent weeks, Lingham is optimistic about the outlook if “$30,000 continues to be held”.
Vinny Lingham’s recent Bitcoin forecast shows optimism
Vinny Ringham Talking about Bitcoin (BTC) price prediction again, when he did so, many people were listening. Lingham has been providing price forecasts for many years, and people call him a “prophet” because he is more correct than most people guessed.
The co-founder of the Civic project is not always optimistic about Bitcoin’s predictions, and his appeals are usually more conservative than those with weird predictions. Nevertheless, Lingham, like many others, believes that the value of BTC may reach six figures in 2021.
“If we continue to hold $30,000, we may exceed $100,000 of Bitcoin this year,” Lingham Tweet Sunday afternoon (Eastern Time).
Many people responded to Lingham’s tweets and one person wrote: “The legend has already said it. Last time he [predicted] Bitcoin, Ethereum, [and] FIL, finally [they pumped] hard. Very respectful. “Another Twitter account named “Ronpaul2012” also replied to Lingham and Expected: “US$169,420 before Christmas.”
Linham “expects a big rally later this year”
Four days ago, Linham also posted a bullish tweet to remind his 184,000 Twitter followers of a tweet he wrote on May 23. At that time in May, Linham Say: “2021 looks a lot like 2013…” In his bullish tweet on June 22, retweeting his May statement, he commented:
You heard it here first. A big rebound is expected later this year…
In response to the “big rebound” statement, some people called the comments bold. “Quite bold person. I like it. It hasn’t been this bad/bearish in a long time,” the person said to Ringham. “I think the mid-to-low $20,000 looks like a great opportunity…if we get it.”
Earlier this month, the Civic co-founders also discussed El Salvador, when President Nayib Bukele and the Salvadoran Congress made BTC a legal tender in the country. When sharing an exploding head emoji, Lingham wrote that the meaning is exciting.
“Bitcoin has just changed from a non-nationally recognized currency to a nationally recognized currency,” Lingham Tweet“I’m really not sure if this is good or bad. #popcorntime,” he added.
