Xianwei Lee, an executive with extensive experience in cross-border transactions and deep knowledge of Asian markets, has joined global insurance and reinsurance brokerage group Howden as head of Asia M&A.
In his new role, Xianwei will be responsible for leading the expansion of Howden’s M&A capabilities across the region.
In this role, he will work with sponsors, corporates and transaction advisors to provide strategic, commercial solutions to complex transactions throughout the transaction process.
The executive joins Howden after three years at Aon, most recently as head of Aon’s Asia M&A and transaction solutions. He joined the company in 2022 as head of Asia trading solutions.
Prior to joining Aon, Xianwei served as senior vice president of private equity and M&A, transaction risk at Marsh, a position he held for seven years.
