Fall detection is an important feature of Apple Watch, which has saved many lives. However, the “fall detection” feature is not enabled by default, so we will show you how to make the most of this feature.

- Now you need to enable Wrist detection. If it is already enabled, you do not need to change anything.
These steps will enable fall detection on your Apple Watch.
What happens when fall detection is triggered
After a serious fall, fall detection will be triggered on your Apple Watch. If you don’t move for one minute after the fall, the watch will begin to count down 30 seconds. Apple Watch will also remind you that a fall has been detected, you can choose. During these 30 seconds, the watch will tap you on your wrist and sound an alarm, which will continue to increase. The purpose of the vibration is to ensure that you cannot respond, and the alarm will try to let people nearby know that you need help.
After the countdown is over, Apple Watch will contact emergency services and remind your emergency contacts.
After the call is over, the watch will play an audio message to inform emergency services personnel about your fall and location coordinates.
Where to check when a fall detection is triggered
