Grayson Poole promoted to Chief Product Officer for mea Platform

mea Platform, a company specializing in artificial intelligence solutions for the re/insurance industry, announced the promotion of Grayson Poole to chief product officer.

mea builds deployable artificial intelligence products that automate complex, time-consuming operational workflows. The company noted that Grayson’s promotion reflects his key role in shaping the platform, driving customer outcomes and translating product vision into measurable impact.

Poole has been instrumental in the growth of the platform since joining the company as global head of product and customer delivery.

The executive brings more than three decades of insurance industry expertise, with a background spanning underwriting, claims, operations and global delivery, both as a practitioner and as a global leader.

His background in leading enterprise-scale transformations at AXA XL underpins his pragmatic, execution-focused approach to building insurance AI products at mea.

Martin Henley, CEO of mea Platform, commented: “Grayson has been at the heart of mea’s progress from the beginning. His deep insurance expertise, disciplined execution and solutions-oriented leadership have had a significant impact on both our products and the company.

“Promoting him to chief product officer formally recognizes the scope of his contributions and provides me with a great position as we continue to scale.”

The promotion follows MEA’s strong performance in 2025, with the company processing more than $150 billion in transactions annually for clients in more than 25 countries and more than doubling revenue while significantly expanding profitable operating margins in 2024.

In 2025, MEA also added new re/insurers, brokers and MGAs as clients and expanded its advisory board, team and client base. The results stem from a commitment to AI-powered products based on real insurance workflows.

“I’m excited to continue developing products that respect how insurance actually works,” Grayson Poole said. “MEA has a unique opportunity to help the industry redefine the business of insurance, and I’m excited to see what comes next as we continue to deliver practical, high-impact solutions to our clients.”
