Global reinsurance brokerage and advisory firm Gallagher Re has announced a number of new leadership appointments within its program solutions team.
The broker has appointed current global head of projects Andrew Moss as global chairman of project solutions. In his new role, Moss will focus on driving growth and advancing strategic initiatives.
Geoffrey Lubert has been named global head of project solutions. He joined Gallagher Re in July 2014 and will serve as President of Gallagher Re North America from August 2024. Lubert will continue to serve on the North America executive team while fulfilling his new responsibilities.
Matthew Muir was previously Managing Director of Alesco DA Specialty, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gallagher, and is currently Head of UK Project Solutions.
In addition to his current responsibilities, Alkis Tsimaratos serves as Head of International Project Solutions. He joined the company in December 2021 and has served as President of Gallagher Re International since March 2026.
Additionally, managing director Matt Knowles-Rolfe has been appointed head of UK international production, while former Reinsurance P&C program leader Tom Regan has become head of UK North American production.
Managing Director Donald Alcorn will serve as co-chairman of UK Program Solutions, alongside Matt FitzGerald, who already holds the position.
