Global reinsurance broker Gallagher Re has announced the appointment of Fabienne Masoner as casualty FAC broker for Asia Pacific.
Marsoner joins Gallagher Re from Marsh, where she most recently served as assistant vice president of international casualty brokerage
While at Marsh, she gained extensive experience managing general responsibility and life sciences positions, with a particular focus on the Middle East and Asia.
She also has extensive Environmental Injury Liability (EIL) experience, as she has also worked on the underwriting and brokerage sides of the business.
Massena’s appointment underscores the company’s commitment to deepening its technical expertise in increasingly complex casualty scenarios across the Asia-Pacific region.
Gallagher Re also recently strengthened its interim team in North America with the appointment of Steven Housse.
As the North American temporary reinsurance leader, Housse will lead the company’s temporary strategy in North America and Canada, focusing on personal risk and temporary facilities in property and casualty and specialty product lines.
