Efe Tokmen has joined global reinsurance brokerage Gallagher Re as head of UK structured capital solutions, Reinsurance News has learned.
In his new role, Tokman will focus on driving strategy and delivering capital solutions tailored to client needs.
He will report to Michel Buker, chairman of Gallagher Re UK Capital Solutions.
Tokmen has over 15 years of industry experience and joins Gallagher Re from Guy Carpenter, where he has served as Managing Director since 2021 and previously as Senior Vice President.
Prior to that, he spent nearly nine years in senior roles at Swiss Re, where he developed extensive expertise in alternative capital and structured reinsurance transactions.
