Adrian Daws, CEO of Hamilton Re, commented: “This is a well-deserved appointment. Dwayne has consistently delivered profitable underwriting results, built strong broker relationships and is highly regarded by colleagues.
“His promotion reflects our agile structure and collaborative culture, which allows us to leverage internal succession and drive continued growth. We are fortunate to have such renowned industry expertise leading our talented team in this important area of the business.”
“Gavin joined Hamilton ten years ago and played a key role in diversifying Hamilton Re’s portfolio to include property direct and temporary insurance businesses, while also building a strong team. We thank him for his contribution and wish him success in his next chapter.”
