Cowbell, a provider of online and specialist insurance focused on small and medium-sized businesses, has appointed Simon Hughes as chief commercial officer.
In his new role, Hughes will oversee Cowbell’s global commercial strategy, including distribution, partnerships, international expansion and market development.
This appointment aligns with the next phase of Cowbell’s organizational journey, focused on continued growth, operational profitability and continued global expansion.
Most recently, he served as senior vice president of global distribution and general manager of the UK. Hughes joined Cowbell in 2023 to launch and lead the company’s UK business.
Since then, he has played a key role in expanding Cowbell’s international footprint and strengthening its distribution ecosystem.
