Cincinnati Financial Corporation re-elected current directors and appointed corporate officers to its U.S. subsidiaries, which held regular shareholder and board meetings this month.
The following employees have been named executive officers and elected to the Board of Directors of all property casualty subsidiaries:
Fu Luyang was appointed as senior vice president and chief actuary. In these positions, he will oversee all actuarial activities for the company’s standard and excess and surplus line subsidiaries, including pricing, reserving, predictive modeling, forecasting and risk analysis.
R. Phillip Sandercox has also been named senior vice president. As head of Cincinnati Re, Sandercox provided administrative oversight of the company’s reinsurance undertaking operations, including underwriting, pricing and claims.
Finally, Andrew M. Schnell has been named senior vice president and treasurer, leading the company’s accounting and SEC reporting operations.
