Global insurance and reinsurance broker Howden has appointed Cheryl Yi Min Poon as director of multinational client operations.
Cheryl joins Howden from Marsh Asia for ten years, most recently as Vice President.
She originally joined Marsh Asia in 2015 as an account manager and was later appointed assistant vice president.
Prior to that, the executive worked at Chubb for more than a year as a multinational services executive.
Commenting on her appointment, Howden Chief Client Officer Hamish Ravindran said: “Cheryl brings over a decade of cross-border experience in Hong Kong, working with large, complex organizations managing cross-border projects and global insurance structures.
“She is technically sound, commercially astute and customer-focused – exactly the kind of leadership we are building.”
He added: “I personally look forward to working closely with her to continue to enhance our offerings and deliver greater value to our multinational customers.”
