Independent global insurance and reinsurance broker BMS Group has appointed Catarine Xavier Silva to its BMS Re Brazil team as operations manager to lead the premium and claims division.
The company continues to grow its presence in Brazil as part of its broader regional growth strategy.
Xavier Silva joins BMS Group with more than 20 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance operations, bringing strong industry knowledge and operational capabilities to the company’s expanding Brazilian platform.
She will report to Wellington Bohrer, Director of Finance and Operations within the BMS Group structure.
Her appointment supports BMS Group’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its operational framework and maintaining high standards of service to customers and partners, as the company continues to expand its presence in the Brazilian market.
