AXA XL, AXA’s Property & Casualty (P&C) and specialty risks division, announced the appointment of Jason C. Billingslea as Head of Energy, E&S, headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
Billingslea brings extensive experience from E&S Energy and will lead the development and growth of the energy division team.
In this new role, he will focus on portfolio expansion, strengthening broker relationships and delivering innovative, solutions-driven strategies to improve profitability.

Prior to his new role, Billingslea served as energy liability underwriter for AXA XL.
He has extensive experience, having served as regional sales manager for AmTrust Financial Services and general agent manager of growth and development for Horace Mann Educators Corporation.
