Reinsurance and capital solutions broker Augment Risk has confirmed that Crystal Maragh has joined its global parametric specialist division in Miami.
In this role, she will focus on supporting the growth and delivery of parametric trading, leveraging her experience in actuarial science, parametric product development and risk analysis, as part of the firm’s wider strategy in this specialist area.
Maragh joins Augment Risk from NormanMax Insurance Holdings, where she served as Vice President of Pricing.
During this time, she contributed to the establishment of the syndicate and MGA business, supported the attraction of significant investor capital, and worked on the design and development of parametric insurance solutions.
Prior to this, she held actuarial and innovation roles focused on parametric products, including involvement in the early development of new structures and arranging capabilities with leading reinsurance partners.
