Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions, the reinsurance arm of global brokerage Aon, has promoted Neha Shah to head, life and health (L&H), India.
In her new role, Shah will lead the delivery of tailored life and health reinsurance solutions in India, supporting clients in managing risk and driving profitable growth.
She will continue to work with Aon’s life and health reinsurance teams in Asia Pacific and globally to bring the full capabilities of the company to local clients.
Shah brings two decades of industry experience and deep actuarial expertise. She joins Aon from Gen Re, where she was head of life/health pricing.
Prior to this, she served as Associate Director at PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd and Assistant Vice President at Generali Central Life Insurance.
Earlier in his career, Shah held senior actuarial positions at Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) and Bajaj Life.
