Global insurance and reinsurance brokerage group Aon has appointed Anne Corona as chief executive officer (CEO) of North America, effective immediately, and Lori Goltermann has been promoted to vice chairman of Aon, effective March 31, 2026.
Concurrently with this transition, Farheen Dam has been appointed CEO of Enterprise Clients and Chief Client Officer, effective immediately.
The three report to Aon CEO and President Greg Case and serve on Aon’s executive committee.
In her new role at Corona, she will work closely with Aon’s other regional leaders and broader company leadership to deliver actionable insights, differentiated risk and human capital capabilities, and expertise to clients.
Corona has been with Aon for more than 25 years, most recently serving as CEO of enterprise accounts and global chief commercial officer. In this role, she leads Aon’s Enterprise Client Group and Regional Chief Commercial Officer to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
Previously, she served as Asia Pacific CEO, where she was responsible for driving growth and capabilities across solution lines and working with key clients in the region. Previously, Corona served as president of Aon Financial Services Group and chief of staff to the global CEO.
Aon confirmed that Corona is supporting the process of fulfilling the responsibilities of global chief commercial officer and will continue in this role until a new leader is identified.
Case commented on the appointment: “Anne has extensive leadership experience across Aon’s regions, clients and solutions, positioning her for even greater growth in serving clients in North America. Anne’s strategic vision and proven ability to serve clients strengthens our strong leadership team in North America as we continue to accelerate Aon’s joint strategy to deliver exceptional service to clients during a period of growing demand.”
Corona added: “I am honored to work with colleagues across North America to help our clients in the region make better decisions amid increasing volatility and uncertainty. I am extremely grateful for the foundation Lori and the North America leadership team have laid, and the unparalleled opportunity we have to bring our clients the clarity and confidence they need to navigate complexity, build resilience and focus on growth.”
Goltermann, who joined Aon more than three decades ago, will serve as vice chairman of Aon until 2027. She will provide advice on topics critical to the firm and its clients, including workforce development, women’s health issues and talent advancement across the industry.
In her most recent role, Goltermann helped develop and deliver Aon’s venture capital and human capital capabilities and content to drive differentiated value and outcomes for global enterprises, large multinationals and middle-market client segments. She is dedicated to working across geographies to create enhanced and sustainable client outcomes that drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
She also integrates into the firm’s client leadership model and global industry investment and go-to-market strategies to further strengthen and expand client relationships and relevance.
“Lori is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced leaders in our industry, and her many contributions during her three decades of service have had a profound impact on our company,” Case said. “In the final year of our 3×3 program to accelerate our service to our customers, I am grateful for Lori’s continued advisory role as Vice Chairman of Aon.”
Goltermann added: “I am excited about the opportunity to continue working closely with colleagues to serve clients in the highest priority areas of venture capital and human capital, while helping shape the firm’s talent agenda.”
Dam will lead the strategic direction of Aon’s Corporate Client Group and deliver integrated risk capital and human capital capabilities to regional corporate clients. She will also enhance Aon’s client leadership experience across all global market segments and industries to deepen client relationships and drive sustainable growth.
Dam also supports the process of fulfilling her role as leader of North American Health Solutions and will continue in this role until a new leader is identified.
Most recently, Dam served as Aon’s North America Health Solutions Leader, driving growth, strategy and execution for the health and wellness business while identifying market trends and innovation.
Dam joined Aon in 2022 with extensive leadership experience in healthcare and human capital. She spent 15 years at a global human capital and brokerage firm in various leadership and advisory roles, serving as the Western U.S. regional leader for payers and leading commercialization efforts for a healthcare startup.
Dam said: “I have spent my career understanding and serving the needs of employers in the health and human capital space. I look forward to amplifying the voice of customers at Aon through my new role and working with the enterprise account team. This opportunity inspires me to advocate for market-leading solutions and create an environment that meets customers’ current and future needs and business challenges – all with a focus on making better decisions and protecting and enriching the lives of people around the world.”
