Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions, the reinsurance arm of global broker Aon, has expanded the role of Connor Halliday to full-time head of real estate for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Latin America in London.
Halliday brings more than a decade of industry experience and international leadership expertise to support clients as they navigate the evolving risk landscape.
He has worked for Aon for the past six years, joining in February 2020 as a reinsurance broker and in October 2024 was appointed full-time head of real estate EMEA in London.
In his expanded role, Halliday will lead the EMEA and Latin America real estate portfolio from the firm’s UK hub.
Prior to joining Aon, he served as a vice president at Marsh and spent more than four years at JLT Specialty, most recently as a broker.
