Insurance services provider Amynta Group has completed the acquisition of Global Surety, LLC, International Sureties Limited and International Sureties SARL (collectively, International Sureties).
Founded in 1972, International Sureties is a specialist surety broker offering a range of commercial surety products including maritime sureties, court sureties, insolvency sureties, logistics sureties and license and license sureties.
With offices in New Orleans, the United Kingdom and Belgium, the company provides innovative margin services to a variety of industries.
According to the initial announcement, Clark Fitz-Hugh, International Guaranty’s president and chief executive officer (CEO), will continue to lead the business after the transaction closes.
