American Integrity Insurance Group, Inc., a regional property insurance provider in the southeastern United States, has expanded its operations into North Carolina to offer homeowners insurance products to residents of the state.

The move represents an expansion of the insurer’s business strategy beyond Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.

This regional expansion executes management’s strategy to build a Southeast regional insurance company that leverages proven systems, experienced leadership and scalable infrastructure to support sustainable long-term growth.

The expansion is a deliberate move to diversify geographically following the company’s successful transformation into a public company.

According to American Integrity, its homeowners insurance products in North Carolina are specifically designed for the state’s risk profile and are supported by a strong reinsurance program and a capital structure that spans market cycles.

Additionally, management believes this disciplined approach can support long-term shareholder value as the company expands across the Southeast.

Jon Ritchie, President of American Integrity, commented: “Expanding into North Carolina is an important next step in American Integrity’s evolution as a leading Southeast regional insurer. North Carolina offers a good combination of regulatory stability, established risk characteristics and strong independent agency distribution, consistent with our underwriting philosophy.”

Bob Ritchie, founder and CEO of American Integrity, added: “This expansion reflects disciplined execution rather than rapid expansion. Since our founding, we have grown by entering markets where we believe we can operate sustainably and with excellence. North Carolina fits that criteria, and we look forward to building long-term partnerships with agents and providing reliable, responsive protection to homeowners across the state.”
