Acrisure London Wholesale, the London-based wholesale arm of global fintech company Acrisure, has expanded into the construction market with the appointment of Tom Hester as senior vice president (SVP) and head of construction.
In his new role, Hester will lead a newly formed team of experts to oversee the expansion and strategic development of the company’s construction products. He will report to Tom Quy, Managing Director of Acrisure London Wholesale.
He brings more than two decades of insurance industry experience and extensive construction market expertise, which he will leverage to help Acrisure build a strong presence in the industry.
Hester joins Acrisure London Wholesale from Lockton, where he was partner and head of international construction since 2018.
Prior to that, he served as head of builder risk for North America at Alesco (Arthur J. Gallagher) and spent more than a decade with JLT Specialty’s international construction team.
